Now, your left hand should be under your left shoulder. Before straightening your left leg with the heel flat on the ground (your left leg becoming your pivot), make sure you keep tucking your left foot’s toes. Now lift your right leg up and flex your foot, pointing toward the ceiling. You should be looking to your toes on the ground as your hips stay even. Once again, hold five breaths before moving to a new stance.
